• Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations related to stainless steel processing and distribution.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and ISO 9001:2015 & 14001:2015 compliance.
• Handle customer requirements for slit coils, cut-to-size sheets, polished sheets, and coin blanks.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams for on-time delivery.
• Monitor processing equipment and maintain quality tolerance levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing customized solutions.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and ensure process efficiency.
• Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in steel / metals processing, distribution, or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of stainless steel processing (slitting, cutting, polishing, coil handling).
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and ISO standards.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/SAP systems preferred.
