Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Female Operations Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day hospital operations at Vardaan Hospital, Goregaon West. The role involves strong coordination across departments, ensuring smooth workflows, and maintaining high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hospital operations and workflow
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, front office, housekeeping, and support teams
• Monitor patient flow, appointments, admissions, and discharges
• Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and shift planning
• Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, protocols, and safety standards
• Handle operational challenges and patient coordination issues
• Maintain daily operational reports and documentation
• Support management in improving processes and service quality

Candidate Profile:

• Female candidate with 3–5 years of experience in Hospital & Health Care industry
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations and patient coordination
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, hospital software/CRM preferred)
• Organized, responsible, and patient-focused mindset

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives
