Role & Responsibilities (R in BARE Fit)

Role Summary

 Conduct accurate eye tests and vision assessments for customers.

 Prescribe suitable lenses, frames, and contact lenses as per requirement.

 Assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear based on prescription and lifestyle needs.

 Maintain detailed records of eye tests and patient history.

 Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional consultation and advice.

 Support the store team in achieving sales targets through quality eye testing and product recommendation.

KRA: TASK / ACTIVITIES

 Perform refraction and eye health screening.

 Ensure equipment calibration and hygiene maintenance.

 Recommend corrective measures and coordinate with the sales team.

 Maintain patient records and reports accurately.

 Educate customers on eye care and lens maintenance.

KPI: PERFORMANCE METRICS

 Accuracy in Eye Testing (%).

 Customer Satisfaction & Repeat Visit Rate.

 Prescription-to-Sale Conversion Ratio.

 Monthly Consultation Count.

 Compliance with Store SOP & Quality Standards.

SKILLS & ATTITUDE (A IN BARE FIT)

REQUIRED SKILLS

 Strong Knowledge of Refraction &Optometry Procedures

 Excellent Communication & Consultation Skills

 Experience in Customer Interaction & Product Recommendation

 Proficient in Using Vision Testing Equipment

 Basic Computer Knowledge (for Reports & Testing Systems POS)

PREFERRED SKILLS

 Experience in Luxury Optical Retail Environment

 Knowledge of Branded Eyewear & Contact Lenses

 Familiarity with Digital Eye

 1-2 years of Experience
