Job Title: Order Processing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders received via email, phone, or internal systems

Verify order details including pricing, quantities, and delivery information

Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch

Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and transactions

Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns as required

Communicate order status and updates to customers and internal teams

Resolve order-related issues or discrepancies promptly

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Generate reports on order status, delays, and performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred)

1–3 years of experience in order processing, operations, or customer support

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/CRM systems

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of supply chain or logistics processes

Basic understanding of invoicing and billing
