Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders for factory-related materials, including Raw materials, Packaging materials, Digital label printing (product labels, barcodes, stickers, cartons, etc.), Consumables & maintenance items
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers
• Place and track orders with digital label printing vendors as per approved artwork and specifications
• Coordinate with suppliers for proof approval, printing quantity, dispatch, and delivery timelines
• Follow up for on-time delivery of printed labels and other materials
• Maintain records of POs, invoices, delivery challans, GRNs, and artwork approvals
• Coordinate with Factory, Quality, Stores, and Accounts teams
• Update purchase data in Excel / ERP system
• Report pending orders, shortages, or printing discrepancies
• Receive, verify, and process work orders from sales/marketing team
• Prepare and issue work orders (WO) to factory as per SOP
• Maintain proper records of work orders, production status, and dispatch
• Support factory team for smooth execution of orders

Qualification & Experience

• Education: Graduate (Any stream) / HSC with relevant exposure
• Experience:1–3 years’ experience in order processing / production coordination (manufacturing background preferred) Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, ERP (if any)
