Order Processing Executive

We are looking for candidates to fill up the post of Order Processing Executives.

The profile is for a well renowned and established organization that deals into online sales of premium food based products.

Work Profile is as follows (Please read the same and apply only if you have the relevant work experience and if you wish to get into similar profiles)

• Order Fulfilment: Track the orders that have been dispatched on day-to-day basis, identify the orders that are stuck in transit, escalate with the courier company and get the order delivered to the customer

• For orders that are stuck / not getting delivered on time, raise relevant concerns with the courier companies in form of emails or phone calls and get these delivered on priority basis.

• A continuous communication with client whose orders are delayed in transit, letting them know about the status until order fulfilment.

• Customer Service: Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.

• Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking.

• Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: billing, placing print orders, and system troubleshooting.

• Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone

• Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.

• Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.

• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.

• Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to customer service. 

Timings: 10-7 (Sundays off)
