1. Roster Management

  Prepare balanced shift rosters ensuring optimal manpower utilization and zero overlap.

2. Channel Work / Menu Check

  Validate product display, pricing, and menu accuracy across all sales channels.

3. Inventory Management

  Monitor daily stock movement, maintain accurate records, and control wastage.

4. Man Management

  Lead the team by example. Ensure discipline, teamwork, and performance accountability.

5. Operational Performance

  Track outlet performance through key operational metrics and implement improvement plans proactively.

6. Purchase Order Management

  Raise, verify, and track purchase orders for materials and consumables. Maintain vendor discipline.

7. Daily Briefing

  Conduct structured morning and closing briefings to align the team on targets, issues, and updates.

8. Audit Compliance

  Ensure readiness for internal and external audits at all times. Close audit points promptly.

9. Petty Cash Management

  Maintain complete transparency and timely submission of bills with proper approvals.

10. Maintenance Log & Asset Register

  Keep updated records of all assets, equipment, and maintenance activities. Ensure preventive maintenance is followed to avoid breakdowns.
