Key Responsibilities

• Packaging Operations:
• Execute daily packaging activities for mukhwas and other product lines as per defined SOPs.
• Ensure packaging accuracy — correct SKU, batch coding, labeling, sealing, and aesthetics.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the packaging area per FSSAI and internal standards.
• Inventory & Material Management:
• Track stock levels of raw materials and packaging consumables (jars, pouches, labels, cartons).
• Coordinate with vendors and purchase teams for timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of inward/outward movement and wastage tracking.
• Quality & Process Control:
• Inspect packaging material quality before use and report any discrepancies.
• Implement and document quality checks at each stage of packing.
• Support quality audits and adhere to brand and compliance standards.
• Coordination & Reporting:
• Work closely with the operations manager for daily targets and production planning.
• Coordinate with design, vendors, and logistics for new product launches or reprints.
• Submit daily packaging and inventory status reports.
