Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Packing Boy cum Office Assistant who can handle both packing and basic office administration work. The candidate will be responsible for packing boxes, organizing files, submitting documents to the bank or other locations, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting staff in daily office tasks.

• Key Responsibilities
• Packing WorkPack products and boxes properly and safely.
• Prepare cartons and boxes for dispatch.
• Maintain packing materials such as tape, bubble wrap, labels, cartons, etc.
• Arrange and store packed boxes properly.
• Count and check goods before packing.
• Office / Admin Work
• Organize office files and documents properly.
• Deliver and submit documents to banks, courier offices, clients, or other locations.
• Visit banks for cheque deposits, document submission, and other office-related work.
• Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing work.
• Maintain important office papers safely.
• Support & Maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness of the office and packing area.
• Support staff and seniors in daily office tasks.
• Handle small office and pantry-related work when required.
• Complete all assigned work on time and responsibly.
