Tip Top Decoration is seeking a punctual, honest, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Packing & Back Office Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher looking to start their career. The role involves careful packing of online orders, maintaining stock, and assisting with basic computer-based office tasks. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and grow with us.

#### **Key Responsibilities**

*  Carefully and accurately pack online orders for dispatch.

*  Handle basic billing and print invoices.

*  Assist in maintaining and organizing product stock.

*  Manage inventory and keep the workspace organized.

*  Support the team with general back-office and computer-based work as needed.

#### **Candidate Requirements**

*  **Education:** Minimum 12th Pass.

*  **Experience:** Freshers are preferred and highly encouraged to apply.

*  **Age:** 18 to 27 years.

*  **Gender:** Male candidates only.

*  **Skills:**

  *  Basic computer operating knowledge is required.

  *  Basic understanding of English.

*  **Personal Attributes:** Must be punctual, honest, and have a strong willingness to learn.

#### **Work Schedule & Benefits**

*  **Shift:** Day Shift (Full-Time)

*  **Timings:** 9:45 AM – 7:45 PM
