Job Summary:

The Packaging Executive is responsible for carrying out daily packaging operations for bakery products, including Jimi Burger packaging, Starbucks packaging, B2B orders, and outlet packaging. The role ensures timely, accurate, and hygienic packaging of products while maintaining proper documentation and supporting inventory management of packaging materials.

Packaging Operations

• Execute daily packaging activities for Jimi Burger products, Starbucks products, B2B orders, and outlet packaging.
• Ensure packaging is completed accurately, hygienically, and within defined timelines.
• Follow brand-specific packaging guidelines, especially for client requirements such as Starbucks.
• Maintain product quality and presentation standards during packaging.

Packaging Support & Team Coordination

• Work closely with the packaging team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in meeting packaging targets during peak hours.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and hygiene protocols during packaging activities.
• Support training and guidance of new team members when required.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain packaging-related documentation such as damaged product reports, outward product records (especially for Starbucks orders), and daily packaging reports.
• Ensure records are updated accurately and submitted on time.
• Report any damages, shortages, or delays to the supervisor or management.

Inventory Coordination:

• Assist in monitoring packaging material inventory such as boxes, wrappers, and labels.
• Inform the supervisor or stores team about low stock levels.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of packaging materials.

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company packaging standards.
• Support continuous improvement in packaging efficiency and process quality.
