Pastry Chef/Bakery Assistant/Baker/Assistant Baker/bakery Halper

We are looking for a Baker – Commis 1 to join our bakery and café kitchen team in Borivali and kandivali. 

Candidates with basic bakery knowledge are preferred; however, freshers with a keen interest in baking are also welcome, as complete training will be provided in-house. This role involves daily bakery production as well as support during café operations and special events.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assist in baking a variety of products including cupcakes, cakes, breads, and other bakery items

Follow recipes, preparation methods, and quality standards taught in-house

Assist in daily kitchen and café operations

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen

Support the team during events and busy periods, including working late nights when required

Assist with prep work, baking schedules, and basic inventory handling

Work closely with senior bakers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Working Hours

Regular shifts:

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Flexibility required to work late nights during events or special occasions
