Pastry Cook

We are looking for a dedicated full-time Pastry Cook for our upcoming cloud bakery.

This role is responsible for:

• Helping with daily pastry production
• Ensuring quality control across all menu SKUs
• Maintaining yield accuracy and cost discipline
• Adhering to SOPs.
• Maintaining professional and personal hygiene.

What we're looking for:

• Degree / diploma in hotel management preferred. Freshers welcome.
• Basic pastry understanding
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
• Portioning and finishing consistency
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene
