Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Monitor and report patient’s basic condition (sleep, appetite, discomfort, consciousness level) to the nurse/supervisor
  • Help in maintaining patient hygiene and cleanliness of patient surroundings
  • Support patients in turning, positioning, and transferring (bed to wheelchair, etc.)
  • Assist in taking vital signs if trained and authorized
  • Ensure timely medication support only as per instructions and within scope (no injections unless certified and authorized)
  • Maintain infection control practices and follow safety protocols
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Diaper changing.
  • Follow company policies, ethical standards, and patient care protocols at all times
