Role OverviewAs a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for patients once they show interest in Clinderma’s dermatologist-led treatment.

Your role is consultative and healthcare-focused:

• Help patients understand the treatment approach
• Coordinate doctor consultations
• Ensure treatment onboarding
• Enable payments
• Drive follow-ups and adherence

You are not selling a product—you are guiding a patient into structured medical care.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Onboarding & Consultation SetupConnect with patients who have completed Clinderma’s skin assessment
• Explain the doctor-reviewed treatment process in simple, confident language
• Schedule dermatologist consultations and assist patients in selecting suitable time slots
• Treatment Explanation & GuidanceClearly explain treatment structure: prescription care, skincare routine, nutrition support, and follow-ups
• Address patient doubts around safety, timelines, and expected outcomes
• Set the right expectations—clinical, honest, and ethical
• Payment & ConversionGuide patients through treatment plans and pricing
• Handle payments smoothly and professionally
• Ensure a seamless transition from consultation to treatment start
• Follow-ups & Continuity of CareCoordinate follow-ups with doctors and skin coaches
• Track patient progress, adherence, and engagement
• Act as a bridge between patient, dermatologist, and internal teams
• Documentation & CRMMaintain accurate patient records and interaction notes in CRM
• Ensure compliance with healthcare communication standards
• Who We’re Looking ForMust-HaveStrong communication skills in English + Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
• Empathy and patient-first mindset
• Ability to explain medical or technical concepts in simple language
• Comfortable with phone-based consultations and follow-ups
• Preferred BackgroundsHealthcare, Life Sciences, Nursing, Nutrition, Psychology, or Allied Health
• MBA / Healthcare Management graduates
• Inside sales or consultative sales experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or wellness
