Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Pattern Making Master proficient in Richpeace software to join our garment manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate patterns for high-quality garments, ensuring optimal fabric utilization, and maintaining seamless integration with the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed garment patterns using Richpeace software based on design sketches and technical specifications.
• Ensure patterns adhere strictly to measurement charts and quality standards.
• Conduct pattern grading and alterations to meet various size specifications.
• Collaborate closely with designers and production teams to resolve fitting issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Optimize pattern layouts for fabric efficiency and reduced wastage.
• Maintain accurate pattern libraries, documentation, and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pattern-making and Richpeace software advancements.
• Provide training and guidance to junior pattern-makers or assistants as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5 - 10 years of experience as a Pattern Master in garment manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in using Richpeace software for pattern making.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and grading.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret designs and technical packs accurately.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Diploma or certification in Apparel Pattern Making or Fashion Technology.
• Experience with other pattern-making software (Lectra, Gerber, etc.) is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
