Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for contract and internal employees on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cycles.

Collect, verify, and consolidate employee timesheets from different clients and consultants.

Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and clients to resolve discrepancies in time reporting.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and others (India) or FICA, FUTA, SUTA, etc. (US/other).

Process reimbursements, incentives, bonuses, and final settlements.

Maintain accurate payroll records, salary registers, and audit reports.

Liaise with finance team for payroll funding and bank transfers.

File monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns.

Generate payslips and respond to employee payroll-related queries.

Coordinate with external vendors (if any) for payroll processing or statutory filings.

Stay updated with labor law changes and ensure compliance.
