Designation: Payroll Executive

Department: HR & Administration

Location: Mumbai – Dadar (East) / Wadala

Gender Preference: Male candidates only

Qualification:

Minimum Graduate (any discipline)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll & HR operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collect attendance data from all locations, merge and upload into the payroll system

Manage payroll inputs including additions and deductions (loans, advances, etc.)

Process monthly salary by verifying inputs with:

Previous month payroll register

Increment details

DA revisions (if any)

Reprocess salaries in case of changes, as instructed by the Accounts team

Prepare:

Final Pay Register

Bank Transfer Register

Generate zone-wise and department-wise payroll reports

Generate and distribute salary slips

Prepare and maintain statutory compliance reports

Handle new joinee payroll setup, including uploading salary master data

Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Operations teams for payroll accuracy
