• Eligibility CriteriaQualification: Minimum Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Payroll & HR Compliance
• Gender: Male candidates can apply
• SalaryCTC: Up to ₹30,000
• Roles & ResponsibilitiesCollect attendance data from all locations, consolidate, and upload into the payroll system
• Enter payroll additions and deductions (loans, advances, recoveries, etc.)
• Process monthly salaries and verify inputs with previous month registers, increments, and DA revisions (if any)
• Reprocess salaries in case of corrections or changes as instructed by the Accounts team
• Prepare final Pay Register and Bank Transfer Register
• Generate zone-wise and department-wise payroll reports
• Generate and distribute salary slips
• Prepare and maintain statutory compliance reports
• Upload salary master details for new joinees
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely payroll processing
• Required Skills & CompetenciesHands-on experience with HRMS / Payroll systems
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Sound knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
