Key Responsibilities:

1. Process monthly payroll for employees, including salary, incentives, overtime, and deductions
2. Maintain and update employee payroll data (new joiners, exits, salary revisions, leaves)
3. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and gratuity
4. Handle payroll-related queries from employees
5. Coordinate with HR, finance, and external vendors for payroll activities
6. Generate payroll reports, payslips, and MIS as required
7. Maintain confidentiality of payroll information
8. Support audits related to payroll and statutory compliance
