Position: Payroll Executive ( Indian Payroll )

Location: Kandivali East

Salary offered : 18k to 22k NTH (as per the interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll based on approved inputs received (salary revisions, LOP data, incentives, arrears, recoveries, etc.)
• Calculate prorated salary for new joiners and exiting employees
• Prepare and maintain pay registers, salary sheets, and payroll MIS reports
• Generate and distribute pay slips to employees
• Calculate and process PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and other statutory deductions
• Link and map UAN with employee records and monitor KYC status submitted by employees
• Update employee exit details and ensure statutory compliance during full & final settlements
• Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement, bank file uploads, and reconciliation
• Handle employee queries related to salary structure, deductions, statutory benefits, and payslips
• Stay updated on changes in labour laws and statutory regulations and ensure necessary updates are implemented in payroll processes

Qualification:

• Graduation Mandatory
