Job Description

  • Founder & Office SupportManage the Founder’s daily schedule, meetings, and reminders
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action points
  • Handle professional emails, messages, and follow-ups
  • Maintain confidential documents and files
  • 🏢 Office & Team CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams for task updates and deadlines
  • Ensure instructions given by the Founder are executed
  • Track work progress and submit daily / weekly reports
  • Support HR with attendance coordination and basic documentation
  • 📞 Communication & LiaisonAct as a single point of contact between the Founder and:

  • Team members
  • Vendors
  • Distributors
  • Service partners
  • Handle calls professionally and filter important communication
