Job Description
- Inspection & Identification: Conduct thorough site surveys to find pest entry points, types, and extent of infestation.
- Treatment Planning: Determine the best solutions, mixing chemicals, setting traps, or using other methods (like sealing cracks with foam/mesh).
- Application: Safely apply pesticides, set baits, remove nests (wasps, bees), and control rodents.
- Customer Service: Advise clients on treatment options, prevention, upselling services, handle complaints, and collect payments professionally.
- Documentation: Complete detailed reports, log hours, and manage job details via apps.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow strict health, safety, and environmental regulations, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
