Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPF (Provident Fund) ComplianceHandling PF registration, amendments, and closure cases
- Monthly PF return filing (ECR generation and upload)
- PF challan generation and timely payment
- Managing UAN activation, KYC, and member-related issues
- Handling PF withdrawals, transfers (Form 13), and claims
- ESIC ComplianceESIC registration and code number generation
- Monthly ESIC return filing and challan payment
- Handling ESIC benefits, claims, and employee queries
- Payroll & Labour Law SupportCoordination with payroll team for statutory deductions
- Ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws
- Maintaining statutory records and registers
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate or under Graduate in Commerce
- 2–3 years of practical experience in PF & ESIC compliance
- Knowledge of EPF Act, ESIC Act, and related rules
- Experience with PF & ESIC portals and online filings
