Pharmacist

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist – E-Commerce Operations to support online pharmaceutical sales and fulfilment. The role focuses on prescription validation, inventory control, regulatory compliance, and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery of medicines through e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products for e-commerce orders.
2. Maintain proper storage conditions and monitor batch numbers, expiry dates, and stock movement.
3. Ensure compliance with the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, e-pharmacy guidelines, and company SOPs.
4. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth order fulfilment.
5. Maintain digital records and documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
6. Support platform operations for e-commerce portals and ensure listing compliance for pharma products.
7. Coordinating with other operations, accounts and other department.

Educational Qualifications

• B.Pharmacy (Mandatory)
• Registration with State Pharmacy Council (Valid license required)

Experience & Skills

1. 0–1 year of experience in pharmacy operations, e-pharmacy, or pharmaceutical logistics (Fresher’s can apply).
2. Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows and online order processing.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer systems.
