Job Description


  1. Dispensing Medicines
  2. Provide prescription and over-the-counter medicines to customers accurately.
  3. Patient Counseling
  4. Explain dosage, timing, side effects, and precautions for medicines.
  5. Prescription Verification
  6. Check doctor prescriptions for correct dosage, drug interactions, and patient safety.
  7. Inventory Management
  8. Maintain stock of medicines, check expiry dates, and reorder products when needed.
  9. Regulatory Compliance
  10. Follow pharmacy laws and maintain records as per drug control authority rules.
  11. Customer Service
  12. Answer health-related queries and guide customers on basic healthcare products.
  13. Storage & Safety
  14. Store medicines properly (temperature, refrigeration if required) and ensure quality standards.
