Pharmacist

A Zeno Health pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing patient counseling on drug usage, and maintaining proper inventory and records. They also play a role in health screenings, and administering immunizations. In addition, they handle customer queries, verify prescriptions, and ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispensing Medications: Accurately compound and dispense medications according to prescriptions. 
• Patient Counseling: Educate patients on proper medication usage, dosage, potential side effects, and interactions. 
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of medication inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking. 
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all pharmacy laws and regulations. 
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers. 
• Health Screenings: Conduct health screenings, such as blood pressure checks and blood sugar tests. 
• Immunizations: Administer vaccinations and other medical services as required. 
• Record Keeping: Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards. 
• Digital Prescription Handling: Assist with digital prescription generation and capture medical history. 

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent.
• Licensure: Valid license to practice as a pharmacist in India.
• Knowledge: Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, medications, and dosage requirements.
• Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail are essential.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with pharmacy software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience: Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
