Pharmacist Cum Billing Asst

Job Description:

We are looking for a Pharmacist cum Billing Assistant who can efficiently manage pharmacy operations along with billing and customer handling. The candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, and patient-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medicines as per prescription accurately
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Handle billing operations (cash, card, insurance, software billing)
• Maintain daily sales, billing, and stock records
• Manage inventory, stock entry, and expiry checking
• Coordinate with doctors, staff, and vendors when required
• Provide proper guidance to patients regarding medicines
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the pharmacy area
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Eligibility & Requirements:D.Pharm / B.Pharm (Mandatory)
• Valid Pharmacist License (State Pharmacy Council)
• Basic computer knowledge and billing software experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in shifts
• Prior experience in pharmacy & billing will be an added advantage
