A Home Collection Phlebotomist is responsible for visiting patients at their homes to collect blood and other samples safely, ensuring proper handling, labeling, and transportation to the lab.

• 🧾 Key ResponsibilitiesVisit patients’ homes as per assigned schedule
• Collect blood samples using proper venipuncture techniques
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols (gloves, sterilization, etc.)
• Label samples correctly and maintain documentation
• Ensure timely transportation of samples to the laboratory
• Handle patient queries and maintain a professional attitude
• Maintain collection equipment and supplies
• Follow bio-medical waste disposal guidelines
