Job Description
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples and ensuring proper handling for diagnostic testing while maintaining high standards of patient care and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of samples
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of equipment and work area
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols
- Assist patients with care and ensure a comfortable experience during procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma or certification in Phlebotomy / Medical Laboratory Technology
- Any diploma graduate can apply
- Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
- Additional incentives based on performance
