Phlebotomist(Home Sample Collection)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood samples from patients at their homes as per scheduled appointments.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of samples to the laboratory.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and ensure timely reporting.
• Provide a polite, professional, and reassuring experience for patients.
• Coordinate with the lab and operations team for smooth sample handover.

Requirements:

✅ Educational Qualification: MLT certification (Mandatory)

✅ License & Vehicle: Valid Driving License and own Two-Wheeler (Mandatory)

✅ Experience: 0–3 years (experience in home sample collection preferred)

✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and sample handling

✅ Punctual, reliable, and customer-oriented
