Job Title: Phlebotomist – Home Collection

Job Responsibilities:

Perform home sample collection (blood, urine, etc.) as per prescribed protocols

• Ensure accurate patient identification and proper labeling of samples
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety during sample collection and handling
• Follow infection control practices and use PPE as required
• Explain test procedures clearly to patients and address basic queries
• Promote add-on tests and upgrades in a professional and ethical manner, as advised
• Ensure proper storage and timely transportation of samples to the lab
• Maintain daily records, reports, and collection details accurately
• Handle patients politely and maintain a professional demeanor at all times

Requirements:

• Certification/Diploma in Phlebotomy or relevant qualification
• Experience in home collection preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel locally
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and biomedical waste disposal
