Customer Service Representative - Banking

*Job Summary:*

We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our process team, handling banking customer queries and issues. You'll provide excellent service, resolve problems, and build strong relationships with our clients.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound customer calls for banking queries, transactions, and issues

- Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer problems

- Meet customer service standards and quality metrics

- Upsell/cross-sell banking products and services

- Maintain customer data and transaction records

- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues

*Requirements:*

- Min 6 months experience in customer service

- Banking domain experience preferred

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in shifts (including nights and weekends)

- Basic computer skills and typing knowledge

Work Details:

Rotational Shifts

5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Weekly Offs

9-hour shift (including breaks)
