Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the Role Context Nature of Work: Inbound contact center (80 to100 calls/day) role.
  • Focused on customer service, query resolution, and cross-sell/up-sell of banking products.
  • 50% Sales and 50% customer service
  • Key Objective: Deliver superior customer experience and drive sales effectiveness.
  • Location: Vile Parle , Mumbai (on-site)
  • Customer Service.Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts (for female employees: 6:30 AM 9:30 PM). 5 days working, 2 days off (rotational week offs, no fixed Saturday/Sunday off). No transport provided.

Role Proficiencies:

  • Education: Candidate must be a Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized institution. Currently hiring Postgraduates (fresher or experienced) and Graduates with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and local language.
  • Credit score of 700 is required.
