Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Physics Faculty who can mentor and teach students of Class 11 & 12 preparing for JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET. The ideal candidate should bring both subject expertise and an empathetic, student-centric approach to teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and rigorous Physics lectures aligned to JEE/NEET syllabi
• Conduct regular assessments, doubt sessions, and performance reviews
• Prepare class notes, assignments, and relevant academic materials
• Track student progress and recommend personalised learning interventions
• Participate in academic planning and contribute to curriculum refinement
• Encourage a positive learning environment that nurtures confidence and consistency

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from IIT/NIT (mandatory)
• 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience in competitive exam coaching
• Strong conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills in Physics
• Excellent communication and student management abilities
• Ability to motivate and guide students through academic challenges
