Pick Up Executive

Doorstep device testing, customer verification, and successful device acquisition.

Compensation: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 + Travel Allowance + Performance Incentives.

You are the face of Resellfone on the ground. Your job is to visit customers at their homes or offices, perform a technical evaluation of their device (Mobile, Laptop, or Tablet), verify their identity, and complete the pickup process.

• Key Responsibilities
• Technical Evaluation: Run diagnostic tests on devices to check for software/hardware issues, screen quality, battery health, and physical damage (scratches/dents).
• Price Confirmation: Cross-verify the device condition against the initial quote and explain any price adjustments to the customer professionally.
• Document Verification: Verify original bills, boxes, and customer ID to ensure the legality of the transaction.
• Professional Conduct: Provide a premium, polite, and punctual customer experience at the doorstep.
• Requirements - Basic knowledge of mobile and laptop hardware/software.
• Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone with a valid driving license.
• Punctuality and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use diagnostic apps and follow evaluation SOPs strictly.
