🔹 Role Overview We are looking for reliable and efficient Picker & Packer associates to support daily store operations. The role involves accurately picking customer orders, packing them neatly, and ensuring timely dispatch while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Pick items from shelves as per order list with accuracy.
• Pack orders securely to prevent any damage during delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the store/warehouse area.
• Coordinate with store supervisors for real-time task updates.
• Ensure order completion within the given timelines.
• Manage stock placement, stock counting, and product arrangement.
• Follow all company processes and safety guidelines.
