Position OverviewThe Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately picking products from warehouse shelves, inspecting them for quality, and packing them efficiently for dispatch. This role requires strong attention to detail, speed, and coordination to ensure smooth order fulfilment and maintain ESZETT’s high service standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Picking:
• Retrieve the correct garments and accessories from inventory based on online and wholesale order sheets.
• Quality Check:
• Inspect items for any defects, incorrect tags, or size mismatches before packing.
• Packing:
• Fold and pack apparel neatly in ESZETT-branded packaging; apply tags, labels, and invoices correctly.
• Inventory Management:
• Update stock movement in the warehouse system (barcode scanning / Unicommerce / ERP tools).
• Dispatch Coordination:
• Assist with sorting and sealing parcels for courier pickups; ensure correct handover to logistics partners.
• Returns Handling:
• Receive and inspect returned items, process restocking as per quality guidelines.
• Warehouse Maintenance:
• Keep shelves, racks, and packing stations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Team Support:
• Collaborate with the warehouse and operations team to meet daily order fulfilment targets.
• Skills & RequirementsMinimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in warehouse / e-commerce fulfilment preferred (especially apparel sector).
• Basic computer or scanning knowledge (Unicommerce, Excel, barcode devices).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail in size, style, and quality.
• Physically fit and comfortable with standing or moving for extended periods.
