Picker / Packer

Key Responsibilities:

Pick products as per order sheets/invoices with accuracy and speed.

Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.

Prepare bundles and shipments ready for dispatch.

Assist in loading and unloading goods received from the factory or suppliers.

Conduct routine stock taking and report discrepancies.

Maintain proper stacking and organization of inventory in designated areas.

Ensure cleanliness and safety of the warehouse at all times.

Follow company procedures for handling, storing, and dispatching goods.

Skills & Requirements:

Basic reading and counting skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to lift and move heavy cartons when required.

Discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.

Prior warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory.

Working Conditions:

Physical role involving standing, lifting, and moving stock for extended periods
