Picker / Packer

Role: Picker – Swiggy Instamart

Job Location: Multiple store locations

Department: Warehouse / Dark Store Operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

Pick customer orders accurately from shelves based on order lists.

Ensure correct product, quantity, and expiry date while picking.

Handle products carefully to avoid any damage or spillage.

Place picked items in baskets or crates in an organized manner for packing.

Coordinate with the packer and store supervisor for smooth order flow

Maintain cleanliness and organization of picking area.

Update the system or inform the supervisor if any product is out of stock.

Follow all company safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Assist in stock counting and inventory checks when required.

Eligibility:

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or above.

Physically fit and willing to work in store operations
