We are looking for pizza chefs who take pride in their craft and want to be part of a serious kitchen.

Role OverviewYou will be responsible for preparing and executing pizzas during service while maintaining consistency, speed, and quality.

You will work closely with the kitchen team on dough handling, topping execution, and oven management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPizza ProductionPrepare and stretch pizza dough correctly
• Execute pizzas with consistency in shape, bake, and topping balance
• Maintain high standards of plating and presentation
• Oven HandlingOperate and manage pizza ovens (wood-fired / gas / deck)
• Monitor baking time, temperature, and rotation
• Ensure proper crust development and bake quality
• Prep & Mise en PlacePrepare toppings, sauces, and ingredients before service
• Maintain organized mise en place during service
• Ensure quick turnaround during peak hours
• Quality ControlFollow standardized recipes and portion control
• Ensure every pizza meets brand quality standards
• Maintain consistency across all orders
• Hygiene & Kitchen DisciplineMaintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times
• Follow food safety standards
• Keep workstation organized and efficient
• Requirements1–4 years experience in pizza / Italian / café kitchens
• Experience with pizza dough handling and stretching
• Basic understanding of oven operations
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen
• Strong discipline and attention to detail
• Bonus Skills (High Value)Experience with Neapolitan pizza techniques
• Knowledge of fermentation and dough processes
• Experience with wood-fired ovens
• Experience in high-volume pizza kitchens
