Job Title: Pizza Maker and Kitchen Helper

A Pizza Maker & Kitchen Helper is responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas according to standard recipes, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation. They handle dough preparation, toppings, baking, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. This person will work as a kitchen helper for the sandwich and pasta station as well.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings as per recipe

2. Stretch and shape dough to required size. Add appropriate toppings and ingredients

3. Operate ovens and monitor baking time and temperature

4. Ensure pizzas, sandwiches and pastas are cooked and served as per standard recipe

5. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen and work area

6. Follow food safety and sanitation standards

7. Manage stock of ingredients and inform when supplies are low

Required Skills 

- Basic cooking and food preparation skills

- Knowledge of pizza-making techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Time management and multitasking ability

- Attention to detail and quality

- Teamwork and communication skills

Qualifications

- Minimum: 10th/12th pass (preferred)

- Experience in kitchen or pizza outlet is an advantage

Working Conditions

- Shift-based work (including evenings, weekends, holidays)

- Standing for long hours

- Working in a hot kitchen environment

Salary (India – Approx.)

- ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience & location)
