We are a dynamic Facade Engineering Company specializing in construction and innovative projects, seeking a skilled Project Manager/Coordinator to drive project success from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple projects, including facades, ensuring timely planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; act as planner and estimator for resources and costs.
• Manage client relationships: lead discussions, handle queries, negotiate terms, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, execution) for seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Oversee quantity estimation, material takeoff, and cost analysis (preferable with civil engineering tools like MS Excel or estimation software).
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and report updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (essential).
• 3-5+ years of experience in project management/coordination, with proven track record in facades projects.
• Strong skills in quantity estimation and planning (highly preferable).
• Excellent communicator: confident in client discussions, presentations, and team coordination.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; travel willingness
