Job Description
Lead Generation & Pre-Sales (Weekdays):
- Source and qualify leads through outbound calling, digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system.
- Share project details (pricing, amenities, layouts, possession timelines) with prospective customers.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Customer Handling & Sales (Weekends):
- Meet and greet walk-in customers at the site.
- Conduct site tours and explain project USPs, specifications, and benefits.
- Address customer queries and assist in decision-making.
- Support the Sales Manager in closing deals and completing documentation
