Job Description: Process Coordinator – MDO Department

Job Summary:

The Process Coordinator – MDO Department is responsible for managing daily operational workflows, coordinating between internal teams, and ensuring accurate data handling and timely execution of assigned tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process & Operations Management

- Monitor and coordinate day-to-day MDO operations

- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within defined timelines

- Maintain process flow and adherence to internal SOPs

 

2. Data Management & Reporting

- Maintain and update operational data, trackers, and MIS reports

- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

 

3. Task Allocation & Follow-ups

- Allocate tasks to team members as per workload and priority

- Track progress and ensure timely completion

- Follow up with internal teams for pending tasks

 

4. Coordination & Communication

- Act as a bridge between different departments

- Ensure smooth communication and workflow alignment

- Escalate issues or delays to management when required

 

5. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain proper documentation of processes and activities

- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements

 

6. Process Improvement

- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements

- Help in streamlining workflows and reducing delays

 

Required Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline

- 1–3 years of experience in operations/process coordination

- Basic understanding of MIS and reporting

 

Key Skills:

- Strong coordination and organizational skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Time management and multitasking

- Problem-solving ability

 

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

- Task completion within TAT

- Accuracy of data and reports

- Process adherence rate

- Reduction in delays and errors
