Job Description
- Handle and support all procurement activities for the project site.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure sourcing activities comply with company procurement and sourcing policies.
- Assist in vendor development and maintain healthy supplier relations.
- Coordinate with user departments to understand material requirements.
- Resolve procurement-related issues with suppliers and internal teams.
- Administer procurement processes and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.
- Prepare and maintain Data Analysis Reports and Ad-hoc reports.
- Track procurement status, price comparisons, and cost savings.
- Maintain procurement records in Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
- Ensure all procurement activities follow SOPs and internal guidelines.
- Support audit requirements with proper documentation and compliance.
- Maintain transparency and accuracy in vendor data and purchase records.
