Job Title: Product Development Manager – Coding, Robotics & AI

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Product Development Manager to oversee ongoing educational products and lead the development of new curriculums in Coding, Robotics, and AI. This role involves designing engaging learning modules, training educators, ensuring quality standards, and driving the evolution of our technology-based education programs.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Curriculum Development:

Design and enhance comprehensive curriculums for grades 1 to 10 in Coding, Robotics, and AI.

Research and integrate the latest technological advancements and educational methodologies into the curriculum.

Develop structured lesson plans, assessments, and interactive content to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Training & Team Management:

Train and mentor a team of AI and Robotics educators for effective delivery.

Conduct regular teacher evaluations, performance reviews, and training workshops.

Provide feedback and guidance to improve teaching methodologies and technical skills.

Operational Oversight:

Monitor daily progress and updates from the Robotics and AI education team.

Coordinate with teachers, students, and parents for continuous feedback and improvements.

Ensure seamless execution of online and offline educational programs.

Technical Expertise & Innovation:

Proficiency in Python, Java, Scratch, and other relevant coding languages.

Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, robotics platforms, and hands-on programming.

Collaborate with tech teams to integrate AI-driven learning solutions into products.

Quality Assurance & Reporting:

Track and maintain records of student performance, teacher progress, and curriculum updates.

Generate detailed reports on program effectiveness and suggest improvements to management.

Ensure all educational content meets high-quality standards and aligns with industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, or product development in Coding, Robotics, or AI.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvements.
