1. Production Planning

* Plan and execute production as per confirmed orders.

* Ensure timely completion and dispatch.

2. Operations Management

* Supervise cutting, stitching, finishing & packing.

* Monitor daily targets and line efficiency.

3. Quality Control

* Maintain required quality standards.

* Reduce rejections and rework.

4. Material Coordination

* Coordinate with stores for fabric and trims availability.

* Control consumption as per BOM.

5. Team & Reporting

* Manage manpower and line discipline.

* Submit daily production and status reports to management.
