Project Coordinator

Experience: 3-5 years Education Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

Responsibilities ● Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information ● Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes ● Liaise with multiple stakeholders to identify areas of improvements, recommend solution and ensure recommendations turns into actions. ● Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management ● Make sure that organisation needs are met as projects evolve ● Analyse risks and opportunities ● Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise ● Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants ● Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers ● Use tools to monitor plans and communications to relevant stakeholders ● Ensure due diligence in process in all phases of project execution ● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports ● Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Required Skills ● Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the real estate background ● Experience in project management, from conception to delivery ● Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management ● Strong client-facing and teamwork skills ● Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control ● Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana or any other)
