Project Engineer

Role Overview: Responsible for planning, execution, and quality control of finishing works in civil/building projects, ensuring timely completion as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute finishing activities such as:

• Plastering, tiling, painting, flooring
• False ceiling, doors & windows
• External finishes and architectural works
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ
• Monitor quality, workmanship, and safety standards
• Prepare daily progress reports and update schedules
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients
• Identify and resolve site issues related to finishing works
• Control material usage and reduce wastage
• Ensure timely handover of finishing areas

Qualifications: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

• 3–7 years experience in finishing works of building projects

Skills Required: Strong knowledge of finishing materials & methods

• Ability to read architectural & GFC drawings
• Good coordination and site management skills
• Basic knowledge of quality standards & safety norms
• Familiarity with MS Office / AutoCAD is an advantage
