Job Description
- Supervision on RCC work ,Finishing work & Infra structur work for Commercial high rise building.
- Attend all site related issues and resolve time to time.
- Maintain site status reports day to day and send to H.O.
- Supervision and guide to contractors for good quality work..
- Scrutinizing & checking contractors bills as per his work orders and sending them to H.O.
- Coordinate and follow up with consultants for Arch and Structural drawing related issues.
- Interaction with H.O. staff for billing and other site related issues.
- Given material procurement list to H.O. as per requirement.
- Attends consultants meetings as per requirement.
- Given target to contractors for finished his work as per given period.
- Follow all Govt. norms at time of construction.
- Working upon the Enhancement for better process of system.
- Coordinate with various departments / sites / functional team members to ensure smooth error free flow of accurate and timely information, day to day and resolve queries.
- Managing the site staff ,Locals as per requirements ,security Staff, and with interact with government authorities as per requirements
